Job Description: Operation Analyst - (Full-time)

Key responsibilities

You will drive improvement of our operation through data, aiming for both exceptional customer service levels and operational efficiency. You will work directly with the team to ensure that your analyses and improvements deliver results. You will leverage both your data analysis & people skills to understand underlying problems and implement solutions through data.

From data to action, build tools, uncover insights, and fuel operational strategy

  • Process Improvement: Optimize working processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and provide clear, actionable insights that drive planning and performance.

  • Tool Development: Explore and build internal tools that enhance the day-to-day effectiveness of the operations team.

  • Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with operations leaders to inform strategy with real-world data and help guide decision-making and prioritization.


Qualifications

  • Background in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering), Mathematics, Business Administration, Urban Analytics, and City and Urban Planning 

  • Good or proficient skills in the computer program Python

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome

  • Data driven

  • Good people skills to understand the underlying problems as well as implementing solutions (make it happen)

  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself. Fast learner

  • Reliable & responsible

  • Entrepreneurial. Excited to work with dynamic teams with various working styles

  • Good people and communication skills,  English is a plus

With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
