What we look for:

MuvMi is an on-demand ridesharing service, conveniently moving people around neighbourhoods and connecting people to mass transit with a safe, affordable, and environmentally friendly solution. We are preparing for further expansion and looking for leaders and champions to help us grow in our home (Bangkok), and beyond!

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the MuvMi Travel vertical, working closely with the product team to identify and achieve strong product–market fit and profit–market fit for the traveller segment. This vertical consists of two main offerings:

  1. MuvMi Travel: Leveraging MuvMis core technology to provide on-demand, hop-on hop-off mobility services tailored for travellers and tourists.

  2. MuvMi Chartered: Delivering private, pre-booked transport solutions for B2B use cases such as corporate events, group travel, and special occasions.

Your focus will be on shaping the right strategy, product experience, pricing, and operational model for travellers, while ensuring the vertical can scale profitably and complement MuvMis existing mass microtransit business.

You will work across internal and external stakeholders to drive a business to success. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Strategy & Plan: Understand market demand and match with our strengths to formulate executable strategies and plans that convert to impact and growing business
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor views, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Market Fit/Profit Market Fit: Collaborate with teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and client needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with business, operations, and product teams to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Understand client needs and develop strategies to achieve business success and deliver results.
  • Client Relationship Management (B2B): Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and timely delivery of services.
  • Support Other Roles: Assist other departments and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business development, marketing, or related field
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, make things happen, take risks, quick learner
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Having experience in the travel industry will be beneficial

Currently, our flagship products, MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, since the 2018 launch, have served over 20 million trips with 800+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in Southeast Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
