Job Description: Customer Service

Key responsibilities

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers including tourists, tour agencies, hotels, and event organizers. You will provide a professional support through phone, email, and chat, while also handling administrative tasks



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer service under time pressure and manage emotionally challenging situations with composure and professionalism.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as booking records, revenue tracking, quotation preparation, and other ad hoc assignments.

  • Work collaboratively with the operations, accounting, business, driver and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.

  • Occasionally work offsite for events or to assist with special groups, ensuring a high level of service at all times.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • University students are welcome to apply

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure with good emotional control and a service mindset.

  • Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.

  • Good command of English and [any other required language].

  • Proficient in using email, chat tools, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word).

  • Flexible and reliable with the ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.

Currently, our flagship products are MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 24 million trips with 800+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in Southeast Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.

Office location & work hours

  • On-site only: Head office in Pradhiphat area (BTS Ari) and others as assigned

  • shift-based scheduling.(6.30-15.30 or 13.30-22.30)

  • Must be available for shifts assigned by the company (e.g., morning and evening shifts)
