What we look for:

MuvMi is an on-demand ridesharing service, conveniently moving people around neighborhoods and connecting people to mass transit with a safe, affordable, and environmentally friendly solution. We are preparing for further expansion and looking for leaders and champions to help us grow in our home (Bangkok), and beyond!

Key Responsibilities:

This role bridges data insights and marketing execution, turning analysis into real campaigns and results.

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Analyst to interpret data and translate insights into marketing plans and executions
• Use customer and campaign insights to support campaign ideation, targeting, and messaging
• Track key user segments (new, recurring, returning, churn) and campaign performance on a weekly/monthly basis
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-backed recommendations
• Coordinate with content and graphic design in-house or freelancers to deliver creative assets aligned with campaign goals

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with both numbers and narratives—able to balance data analysis with creative thinking
• Experience using data and BI tools such as Metabase, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating with external stakeholders such as content creators, graphic designers, agencies, or freelancers (briefing, feedback, timeline management)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business, or campaign planning, with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and evaluating campaign performance
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently and managing own tasks
• Proactive, curious, enjoys challenges, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both Thai and English (spoken and written)

We are a transportation tech company with extensive experience in both software and hardware. Currently, our flagship products, MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, since the 2018 launch, have served over 20 million trips with 800+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in Southeast Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
