We are currently seeking a talented IT Project Manager whose skills will be crucial in improving our platform, delivering an exceptional user experience, and catering to the varied needs of our clients throughout Europe.

You will join a fast-growing impact start-up revolutionizing technological innovation and highly qualified specialist support in the hospitality industry. They give solutions for the RFP (Request for Proposal) process to speed up revenue management by automating rate decisions and using historical data and demand trends to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Performance Objectives:


1. Optimize project workflow and task management

  • Create and prioritize task assignments using tools like Linear, and Notion ensuring tasks are aligned with timelines and team capacity. To achieve this, you must demonstrate an understanding of frontend and backend technologies to distribute work among developers, QA, and designers effectively.
  • Proactively manage project risks, identifying and resolving challenges before they escalate. Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, ensuring project flow remains uninterrupted.

2. Ensure timely project delivery with quality outcomes

  • Oversee multiple product projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Use your critical thinking and organizational skills to track progress and preemptively address risks.
  • Introduce performance tracking systems to align team efforts with project KPIs, enhancing visibility and accountability for all deliverables.

3. Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

  • Facilitate weekly alignment sessions with the Product Owner, QA, designer, and developers to ensure clarity, alignment with project goals, and smooth handoffs across teams.
  • Maintain transparency by providing clear, data-driven weekly progress reports on project milestones, risks, and KPIs to supervisors when requested. Develop and update project dashboards for real-time visibility.
  • Conduct strategic review meetings with team leads and the product owner to align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure project outcomes are aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring updates, changelogs, and decisions are communicated effectively, reducing miscommunication issues.

Ideal candidate attributes:

Must-have skills:

  1. Over 1 year of relevant experience in Project Management in tech.

  2. Understanding of frontend and backend technology.

  3. Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  4. Basic understanding of AI concepts.

  5. Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Linear, Jira, or Notion.

Nice to Have:

  1. Background in development or customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Success).

  2. Understanding of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.

Youll have the chance to connect with a C-level executive from Munich Ventures and engage with a representative from our partner company to discuss how your values and work style align with our culture and mission.
