We are currently seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Engineer whose skills will be crucial in improving our platform, delivering an exceptional user experience and catering to the varied needs of our clients throughout Europe.
Performance objectives:
1) Platform development and improvement:
Your main objective is to develop and improve the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. To achieve this objective you should:
Lead the development using PHP (Laravel framework), ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Develop and enhance the user interface using Vue.js, ensuring pixel-perfect design and smooth functionality.
Optimize the use of MySQL databases, improving data management and performance.
Handle API integrations, ensuring seamless connections between the platform and external services.
Utilize Git and modern development workflows for efficient code versioning and deployment.
2) Team collaboration and mentorship:
As a senior engineer, you'll play a vital role in fostering a collaborative environment. To achieve this objective you should:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new platform features.
Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them through best practices and helping them grow in their roles.
Proactively identify issues and solve complex technical problems to keep projects on track.
3) Collaboration with clients:
Effective communication and collaboration with clients are essential to your role. To achieve this objective you should:
Work closely with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating those needs into technical solutions.
Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction with the platform’s performance.
The ideal candidate attributes:
At least 5+ years of experience in the development field
Deep knowledge of PHP with a specialization in the Laravel framework, delivering reliable, high-performance backend solutions.
Proficient in Vue.js, achieving high-quality, pixel-perfect UI/UX implementations that enhance user experience.
Strong understanding of MySQL, capable of designing and optimizing relational database structures to ensure fast, secure data handling.
Extensive experience with API integrations, ensuring seamless and efficient data exchanges across systems.
Advanced Git skills with an understanding of modern, collaborative development workflows to streamline project contributions.
Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes, supporting scalable, resilient application environments.
Strong English skills for clear, effective collaboration within international teams, ensuring alignment and smooth coordination.
Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to identifying potential issues early, providing effective, timely solutions.

Technical Interview: In this stage, we’ll evaluate your expertise in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, API Integration, and other relevant skills. Be ready to discuss past projects or complete technical challenges.
Executive-Focus Interview: This meeting will focus on assessing cultural compatibility. You’ll have the chance to connect with a C-level executive from Munich Ventures and engage with a representative from our partner company to discuss how your values and work style align with our culture and mission.
Offer Extension: If selected, we’ll present a job offer detailing the role, followed by outlining the next steps for onboarding.
