We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist for Buycycle, a leading online marketplace for pre-owned bicycles, parts, and accessories. In this role, you will provide timely, empathetic, and effective support to Buycycle users, collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, share customer feedback, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate attributes:

  • Higher education;
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language;
  • Knowledge of German language is a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure;
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus;
  • Basic technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams;
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions;
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes and product features;
  • Ensure all communications align with the brands voice and tone;
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and support trends.
