We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & AI Transformation Manager to help transform the way our hotels operate. In this role, your mission will be to analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and optimize staffing levels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, working directly with hotel teams, and driving measurable business improvements.

You will work closely with hotel teams to understand how operations currently run, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements that increase productivity and reduce manual effort through process optimization and AI-driven automation.

Role Overview

The Operations & AI Transformation Manager is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and improving hotel operations through process optimization and AI-driven automation.

You will work closely with hotel teams to understand how work is currently done, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements that increase productivity and reduce manual effort.


Responsibilities

  • Visit hotels and observe day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Map existing workflows and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Design and implement improved operational processes
  • Introduce AI tools and automation solutions to eliminate repetitive work
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption by hotel staff
  • Work closely with department managers to understand operational pain points
  • Coordinate improvement projects from idea to implementation
  • Define KPIs and measure the impact of process improvements
  • Create SOPs, documentation, and training materials
  • Collaborate with technology partners and internal development teams where needed

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,
  • Perplexity, automation platforms, etc.) and ability to integrate them into business processes
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable traveling between hotel properties
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented
  • Curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
    

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality or service operations
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Improvement
  • Knowledge of workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Experience with PMS, CRM, ERP, or operational software
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and dashboards
