Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Government Technical Alignment

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Assist in preparing stakeholder mapping and profiles.
• Support the monitoring of stakeholder issues, concerns, and engagement commitments.
• Assist with data collection and impact reporting for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social investment programs.
• Support stakeholder information management, analysis, and engagement planning.
• Assist in coordinating stakeholder engagement and community development activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support management insights.
• Participate in an improvement project and prepare midyear and final presentations.

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, Sociology, Development Studies, Political Science, or related discipline.
• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals ( 1 Year Experience)
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder research, data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Good organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the local context in Aceh is an advantage.
• Previous internship, volunteer, leadership, or community engagement experience is an advantage
