Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Ethics and Compliance

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.  The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support the preparation and coordination of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing E&C network/champion meetings and related activities.
• Prepare presentation materials, awareness content, and internal communication materials.
• Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and other administrative reports.
• Conduct research on ethics, compliance, governance, and corporate policy-related topics.
• Provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the Ethics & Compliance function.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the mentor or department in support of Ethics & Compliance activities.

Qualifications:


• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (Maximum 1 Year Experience, Internship included)
• Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in law is preferred. Other relevant majors include Public Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or Management.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, ethics, compliance, governance, corporate policies, or related fields.
• Strong research, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
• Able to work collaboratively while handling information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
