Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.  The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support day-to-day Exploration activities and contribute to the annual Exploration Work Program including assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing geological, geophysical, and exploration datasets.
• Support regional geology studies, data interpretation, prospect generation, prospect maturation, and basic exploration risk assessments under the guidance of experienced geoscientists.
• Assist with geological and geophysical interpretation, mapping, subsurface analysis, and volumetric estimation activities.
• Gain exposure to seismic interpretation of workflows, exploration studies, and seismic acquisition activities.
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with subsurface and exploration teams on ongoing projects.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations, reports, and documentation for internal reviews.
• Support post-drill evaluations, lessons learned initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Gain exposure to exploration of well-planned processes and project workflows.
• Deliver a final presentation summarizing key learnings and contributions during the internship program.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (Maximum 1 Year Experience, Internship included)
• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Geology or Geophysics with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Participation in student organizations, technical societies, research projects, competitions, leadership activities, or other extracurricular experiences demonstrating teamwork and initiative will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of petroleum systems, geology, geophysics, and exploration concepts.
• Familiarity with G&G software and exposure to exploration-related studies through academic projects, research, fieldwork, internships, or similar activities will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to present technical information effectively.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, compliance awareness, and commitment to safety.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
