Role Purpose:

The Junior Officer, Human Capital is responsible for delivering day-to-day administrative and operational support across various HC functions. The role manages employee benefits and services, third-party contractor processes, and ensures smooth, compliant, and timely execution of HC operations. This position also supports broader HC activities including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Management.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage medical insurance administration, including employee enrollment, changes, claims coordination, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate employee medical check-ups (MCU), compliance follow-up, and report consolidation.
  • Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration for Interns, including registration, updates, and reconciliation.
  • Provide responsive support for employee inquiries related to benefits, services, and documentation.
  • Support and monitor the implementation of Third-Party Contractor Management processes.
  • Coordinate documentation, contract processing, compliance checks, and communication with vendors/contractors.
  • Maintain updated contractor records and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare periodic HC reports (headcount, benefits utilization, TPC summary, compliance status, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support the digitalization of HC data management.
  • Ensure HC documentation, forms, and SOPs are updated and compliant with internal policies.
  • Assist Learning & Talent Development with training coordination, attendance tracking, logistics, and record maintenance.
  • Provide support for performance management processes, including data consolidation and system updates.
  • Participate in HC audits, initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

  • Minimum bachelors degree in psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any relevant major.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Capital.
  • Strong administrative abilities and excellent attention to detail.
    Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of Human Capital processes and principles.
    Ability to handle simple to moderately complex data, including reporting and documentation.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
