Role Purpose

The Student Intern - Human Capital provides administrative and operational support across various Human Capital functions, with a primary focus on HC Operations activities. The role assists with administration task but also supports broader Human Capital initiatives, including Recruitment and People Development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Support Human Capital Operations activities by assisting with personnel requisition administration, invoice tracking, employee documentation, expatriate formalities, and day-to-day administrative tasks (including onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, letters, and other HC-related documentation)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HC records, databases, trackers, and personnel files while supporting HC data digitalization initiatives.
  • Participate in HC projects, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and other tasks assigned by the Human Capital team.
  • Provide administrative support for Recruitment and People Development activities if needed.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
  • Indonesian national currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline, preferably with no remaining class attendance requirements. Must provide an official university letter confirming active enrollment and approval to participate in the internship program.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong administrative abilities and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle simple to moderately complex data, including reporting and documentation.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates accountability for their work and effectively manages time and priorities to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Domicile in the Jabodetabek Area is preferable as Mubadala Energy Indonesia is located in Menara Astra, Central Jakarta
