About the job Fresh Graduate Program 2025 - BPIRMA

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Identify potential business improvements across procedure, departments, and functions.
  • Provide support for risk management activities including risk review, actions tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide support for management programs and projects.
  • Provide support for audit activities.
  • Review existing policies and procedures within the company.


Qualifications:

  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. Other Engineering or Management majors are welcome
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
  • Attention to details, good public speaking, analytical thinking, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
