About the job Fresh Graduate Program 2025 - Supply Chain Management (Balikpapan)
Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Support Material Management process and activities in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia
- Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities
- Support supply chain management practice in the working field.
- Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.
- Involve and support in SCM project as necessary
Qualifications:
- Hold Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
- Attention to details, analytical thinking, accuracy, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Knowledge of data analysis, and product and/or graphic design
- Good communication (written and spoken) in English and assertiveness.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other database tools.
- Domicile in Balikpapan area
