Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Handle employee medical insurance, employee medical check-ups, and social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for Interns) including registrations, updates, and invoicing.
• Support the day-to-day implementation of Third Party Contractor
• Prepare regular Human Capital Reports
• In charge of expatriate formalities process, including visa applications, work permit, etc.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records and digitalization of data management
• Provide ongoing support for various employee services, such as benefit claims, documentation assistance, and general queries.
• Ensure that Human Capital policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Economics/Psychology/Industrial Engineering/or any relevant major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR function.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS is a plus.
