Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform daily routine on Commercial aspects in addition to routine jobs (weekly/monthly).
  • Create and discuss the weekly nomination with the team (Operations and PE) before sending the weekly gas nominations for field team
  • Daily update for Onshore Receiving Facility Report, Daily Gas Quantity Composition Buyers, Gas Balance Reconciliation.
  • Review the Commercial figures (ie Gas Price, Gas Balance) in the Monthly Production/Lifting Reports to SKK Migas.
  • Update the Berita Acara Penyerahan (BAP) for Buyer and monitor the routing of Buyer BAP.
  • Monitor monthly gas price calculations for each buyer and monthly gas offtake for each buyer to support lifting.
  • Provide field actual production and GRF for Gas Coordination Meeting (GCM) monitoring by using data from the PE department.
  • Provide data (buyers lifting, gas price, and field production data) to Finance for Tax Cash Call, Accrual Entitlement, and revenue calculation (for invoicing review) to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Prepare monthly performance report for Management reading with regards to monitoring of monthly production, lifting, gas bank and gas price against percentage of supply and IBU target towards end of year.
  • Assist in Commercial Department Budget Planning for BP Submission on budget planning to aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage PowerBI dashboard to digitalize real-time visualization of commercial term (Lifting, F&F, Gas bangking, and etc) that can be accessed anytime.
  • Manage all commercial documents in the Commercial Department System of Record.
  • Assisting in audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Commercial Department in monthly GCM, data visualization for high-level presentation needs, and simulate gas price proposal for gas price .
  • Supporting cross-functional department with commercial insight for current or new project.


Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, Engineering Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering or other relevant major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial of Oil & Gas industry.
  • Basic commercial agreements knowledge is required.
  • Good communication in English and Indonesian (oral and written) is a must.
  • Mathematical and numerical ability.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point).
