Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Design, implement, and maintain competitive C&B programs tailored to the unique demands of the Oil & Energy sector.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems, including Oracle HRMS, to ensure accurate tracking and processing of salaries, bonuses, and employee benefits such as housing, transportation, and relocation packages, and others
  • Utilize Oracle analytics tools to analyze market data and industry benchmarks, providing data-driven recommendations for adjustments to reward structures that align with market trends and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with HC Team to develop recognition programs that motivate employees, particularly those in demanding and remote environments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, tax regulations, and environmental health and safety standards, leveraging Oracle systems for reporting and audit readiness.


Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics/Accounting/Psychology/Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in C&B management, including designing and managing reward systems, salary surveys, and benchmarking.
  • Proven experience in the Oil & Energy sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific compensation structures, benefits programs, and workforce challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS, including system configuration, reporting, and analytics. Familiarity with Oracle analytics tools and payroll modules is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in using data to inform decisions, prepare dashboards, and recommend program enhancements based on market trends and organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with international and local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the Oil & Energy industry.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across HC, Finance, and other teams.
