Fresh Graduate Program 2025 - Information Technology

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Participate in the design and development of new applications based on user requirements and business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and Microsoft environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
• Deploy new applications, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing systems and meet performance standards.
• Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Provide technical support to end-users on SharePoint usage and troubleshooting.
• Support Project Management in the IT function.

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelors (S1) degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Electrical Engineering major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
• Team player, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
• Good communication (written and spoken) in English
• Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Understand Software Development Life Cycle, database management, SQL, data migration & integration, front-end and back-end web development, various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Having experience in software development processes and methodologies, troubleshooting, SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, Power Apps, Power Automate, and another Microsoft 365 is a plus.
