Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.  The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support Business Services operations across Formalities, Integrated Facility Management, and Business Travel functions.
• Assist with document administration, records management, compliance documentation, licensing support, and operational data maintenance.
• Support facility, asset, vendor, travel, transportation, visitor management, and other office administration activities.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, dashboard preparation, and operational performance tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support service delivery and operational requirements.
• Participate in improvement projects and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (Maximum 1 Year Experience, Internship included)
• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, or similar collaboration and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of compliance, confidentiality, HSSE, customer service, and corporate governance principles.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented, and committed to professionalism, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Previous involvement in internships, academic projects, student organizations, leadership activities, volunteer work, or other extracurricular experiences is an advantage.
• Willing to participate in a structured rotation across Formalities, Facility Management, and Business Travel functions during the internship program.
