Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Business & Strategy

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.  The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data gathering to support Business & Strategy initiatives.
• Consolidate, analyze, and present business and performance data for management reporting.
• Support KPI monitoring, action tracking, and follow-up activities across various functions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, dashboards, and other management materials.
• Support governance, process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and track action items.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in assigned improvement projects and present recommendations at the end of the internship program.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (Maximum 1 Year Experience).
• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, Economics, or other relevant engineering or business disciplines.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, research methodologies, and business reporting.
• Ability to structure information, prepare clear documentation, and develop presentation materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, or extracurricular activities related to business analysis, strategy, process improvement, governance, project management, or data analytics would be preferrable.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or other data visualization tools would be an advantage.
• Participation in leadership, organizational, or project-based activities during university.
