Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Communications

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.  The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

 Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Support the development of visual content and communication materials for internal and external communication channels.
• Design posters, infographics, digital banners, presentations, and other communication assets in line with corporate branding guidelines.
• Assist in content creation activities, including graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia production.
• Support photo and video editing for communication campaigns, employee engagement programs, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Assist in publishing content for newsletters, internal communication channels, and corporate campaigns.
• Support event branding, communication campaigns, and visual storytelling initiatives that enhance employee engagement and communication effectiveness.
• Organize and maintain communication assets, source files, and photo/video libraries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on design briefs, revisions, approvals, timelines, and brand compliance requirements.
• Support other communications projects and initiatives as assigned by the Communications team.

Qualifications:

• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (Maximum 1 Year Experience, Internship included)
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or other relevant creative disciplines.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• Proficient in design and editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Lightroom, or similar applications.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Basic photography and videography skills, including content capture and editing for digital and print platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and general digital file management.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn within a corporate communications environment.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling company information and visual assets.
• Previous involvement in internships, academic projects, student organizations, freelance work, event documentation, or content creation activities is an advantage. A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and creative capabilities is required.
