Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Support naval architecture, mooring, marine operations, and offshore project activities under the guidance and supervision of the assigned mentor.
- Assist in reviewing engineering data, performing basic calculations, and checking technical documents and drawings.
- Conduct technical research related to FPSO design, floating systems, mooring, and marine operations.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project risk registers, assurance documentation, and technical records.
- Assist in coordinating technical meetings, tracking actions, and supporting interfaces across engineering disciplines.
- Prepare concise technical reports, presentation materials, and other engineering deliverables for mentor review and approval.
- Complete a final internship technical project, including report submission and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture is preferred. Other relevant majors include : Civil Engineering with the Offshore Focus, Ocean Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Marine Transportation Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
- This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals ( up to 1 Year Experience, internship included)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sound engineering fundamentals, with basic knowledge of hydrostatics, stability, hydrodynamics, structures, or marine systems.
- Strong interest in offshore engineering, floating systems, and marine operations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CAD, programming, data analysis, or engineering analysis software is advantageous.
- Relevant academic projects, internships, student design teams, laboratory work, or research relating to ships, offshore structures, ocean engineering, marine systems, or maritime operations are preferred.
- Safety conscious, analytical, detail oriented, and eager to learn, with integrity, ownership, and respect for technical governance.
- Able to collaborate across disciplines, communicate clearly, accept feedback, and follow up on assigned actions reliably.
- Available for the full program and able to work from the Company office, with project or site exposure as required.
