Mubadala Capitals Brazil team is thrilled to announce that we have Summer Job Opportunities for 2025, with the possibility of extending an offer for 2026. 

We are Mubadala Capital, the wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, a c. $302 billion global sovereign investor headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Mubadala Capital manages c. $23 billion in aggregate across its own balance sheet investments and in third-party capital vehicles on behalf of institutional investors, including four flagship private equity funds, four early-stage venture funds, three funds in Brazil focused on special opportunities and a highly diversified evergreen investment strategy focused on private market opportunities, as well as a series of co-investment vehicles, SPVs and continuation funds. Our mandate is to create sustainable financial returns, furthering our shareholders strategic objective of a globally integrated and diversified economy.

In the Private Equity team, you will:

• Screen and evaluate new deals Perform market and industry research
• Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analysis on existing and potential assets
• Perform due diligence on companies, management, customers and industries
• Work with other internal and external functional experts (legal, tax, finance, etc.) on certain transactions
• Preparate materials for Investment Committee and other senior management reviews Asset management functions for portfolio companies in various industries including performing strategic reviews
• Report to a team of top-class investment professionals.

What were looking for?

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese is required
• 2 years of combined experience with a top-tier private equity, investment bank or consulting group; Private equity experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and
  finance
• Demonstrated ability and interest to work with a small group of investment professionals in adynamic environment
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
