Mubadala Capitals Private Equity business focusses on control and active minority investments in core sectors (media, sports & entertainment, consumer & food services; financial services; business services) across Europe and North America

Responsibilities:

Mubadala Capital is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a 3-6 month internship, starting from May/June 2025. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities
  • Developing investment models and presenting recommendations to the investment team
  • Supporting due diligence efforts and managing investment documentation.
  • Assisting with portfolio management and performance tracking

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in investing / finance (either through studies or otherwise)
  • Some prior experience (e.g. previous internships) in a related role, such as investment banking, consulting, or other private equity roles
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Intellectually curious with demonstrated passion for technology
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude who can independently deliver work
