Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Tax: Prepare and review income tax returns and compliance documents for pass-through entities and other for-profit structures.
- Audit & Assurance: Lead and conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Business Valuation: Perform business valuations, cash flow analysis, and provide advisory services for M&A, succession planning, and transaction advisory.
- Financial Consulting: Provide financial analysis and business consulting services tailored to industry-specific needs.
- Manage client engagements independently, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Collaborate with the team to support client satisfaction and firm growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a CPA firm environment.
- CPA license or active progress toward obtaining one within 6-12 months.
- Expertise in tax, audit, business valuation, or financial consulting.
- Familiarity with partnership and pass-through entity tax structures preferred.
- Experience with CCH software is advantageous.
- Background in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries is a plus.
