Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the daily administrative operations of the company.
  • Coordinates communication with government offices and public authorities.
  • Maintains company licenses, permits and official registrations.
  • Coordinates office lease agreements and office administration.
  • Supervises office maintenance, repairs and facility management.
  • Manages office supplies, equipment and inventory.
  • Handles procurement of office equipment, furniture and operational materials.
  • Obtains quotations from suppliers and negotiates pricing and purchasing agreements.
  • Coordinates relationships with local vendors and service providers.
  • Oversees company vehicles, transportation arrangements and logistics when applicable.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, hotel reservations and transportation for visitors and employees.
  • Supports expatriate employees regarding administrative requirements.
  • Supervises reception, office assistants, drivers and other administrative staff.
  • Coordinates company insurance policies and related documentation.
  • Maintains company records and administrative documentation.
  • Assists Finance and Human Resources departments in administrative matters.
  • Ensures compliance with company administrative procedures and policies.
  • Coordinates office health, safety and security requirements.
  • Supports company events and internal organizational activities.
  • Performs any other administrative duties assigned by Management.
    Coordinate with banks regarding company administrative matters.
  • Coordinate visa, residence permit and immigration documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Support company legal and compliance procedures.
  • Coordinate office expansion projects.
  • Manage office operational budget.
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports for the CEO.
  • Supervise purchasing approvals and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
