About the job Country Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan for Mongolia, aligned with global and regional objectives.

Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship.

Streamline and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

-  Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a closely related field that will provide knowledge of the principles, practices, and administration of FMCG business.

- 8+ years or strong experience in operations, business development, sales & related areas in the FMCG industry. 

- Business acumen (general sales, marketing, and distribution expertise). 

Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.

Ethics & Integrity

Established understanding of FMCG operations (sales, marketing, and production)
