About the job Country Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan for Mongolia, aligned with global and regional objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship.
- Streamline and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a closely related field that will provide knowledge of the principles, practices, and administration of FMCG business.
- 8+ years or strong experience in operations, business development, sales & related areas in the FMCG industry.
- Business acumen (general sales, marketing, and distribution expertise).
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.
- Ethics & Integrity
- Established understanding of FMCG operations (sales, marketing, and production)
