Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

  • Maintain and organize all project documents, including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted, numbered, and stored according to company policies.
  • Control and track revisions, ensuring the latest versions are available to relevant stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality Control:

  • Ensure documents comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to manage document flow.
  • Distribute documents to the appropriate personnel and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Requirements:

️ - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
️ - Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
️ - Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation processes.
️ - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
️ - Proficiency in MS Office, document control software, and ERP systems.
️ - Excellent communication and time management skills.
