About the job Project Finance Controller

Position duties:

1. Promote project financial management to meet expectations and achieve project financial management objectives by carrying out financial activities such as project estimation, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting.

2. Manage financial element activities at the project level, provide project-based financial solutions, promote the acquisition of high-quality contracts, and manage project financial risks.

3. Manage the quality of financial data at the project level, implement ICFR at the project level, ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Responsibilities of Project Finance

1. Manage project (program) performance - Be responsible for the program operation (account department) and ensure the achievement of the program operation targets.

2. Develop financial solutions for projects (programs) - Provide project-based financial solutions to effectively support project decision-making.

3. Monitor project (program) risks - effectively manage internal and external risks to ensure safe and stable project operation.

4. Manage project (program) data quality - Improve the quality of project financial data and business data by aligning with the consistency of inventory accounts and goods.

5. Operation capability improvement - Assist PMs in the operation environment of construction projects and improve the operation capabilities of project managers and eight key employees.

Position Requirements:

1、Fluent spoken and written English.

2、Have progressive self-pursuit, take the initiative to accept challenges, be passionate about new things, and be willing to learn;

3、Good interpersonal communication skills, expression skills, coordination and promotion skills and teamwork spirit;Clear logical thinking, strict work style, meticulous and practical.

4、Digital analysis capabilities, including self-service analysis and web analysis, are preferred.

5、Finance background in telecommunication industry is preferable.

6、Spoken Chinese is preferable.
