About the job Sales Strategy & Support Supervisor
SS&S Supervisor responsible for the regional development of the market, would need to create the communication channel and support local leadership in Mongolia and deploy the strategy on the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop and implement sales plans for Mongolia based on the objectives, specifics & market development stage within the defined budget.
- To develop & manage annual sales, event, and promotions budget for Mongolia aimed at supporting sales
strategy and approved activity plan.
- To closely cooperate with Member Services, Marketing, and Sales Centers to ensure development and
execution of effective member programs, tools, materials, training and promotions.
- Closely cooperate with local Members (specifically the S&P group) defining their needs for new tools,
materials, trainings, etc., and ensuring their engagement in the marketing initiatives as well as
proactively gathering their feedback
- To analyze on a monthly basis sales performance and Members' activity, develop and present a
monthly performance report to the management team.
- To manage relations with third-party service providers (Agencies, design, print & production houses, etc) ensuring high quality of deliverables at optimal cost.
- To manage Events.
- To develop & execute Members promotions and Events aimed to drive business growth and brand
strengthening.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service experience and sales communication experience are pluses.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; · Multilingual, good command of the Russian and English languages (advanced level);.
- Excellent call handling or retail customer service skills
