About the job HR Manager
Job Role:
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Developing recruitment strategies
- Implementing systems for managing staff benefits
- Payroll and behavior and onboarding of new employees
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organizations compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or higher
- Complete knowledge of computer software
- At least 5 years of experience in the human resources field
- High knowledge of labor relations
- Ability to use and apply legal provisions
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience in mining would be a plus
