Position: Legal expert
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and assess the legal risks in contracts to ensure whether it is in compliance with law, regulation and company internal policies;
- Establish and implement countermeasures to mitigate the risk of compliance incidents occurring;
- Provide support to the Compliance management implementation team, and assist the Compliance Officer/CEO in further reporting and information gathering;
- Conduct research on relevant laws, industry standards;
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation with legal matters and related contracts, coordinate the all internal meeting for the department;
- Establish and implement risk mitigation measures and controls;
- Combine the report/prepare them, and submit within the defined scope and schedule;
- Develop, plan, and schedule comprehensive training programs for the team members;
- Translate legal and company official documents for informal or internal use, ensuring the translations retain the original meaning and accuracy of the content;
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in a Law, Legal Studies or Business Administration;
- Minimum 3-4 years of prior work experience within the company, with a focus on legal, risk management, or compliance functions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mongolian and English languages;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
