About the job Talent Acquisition Associate
As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings in depending on which focus Team you will be assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine and calibrate staffing needs including the criteria and job description of the positions.
- Conducting end to end recruitment which includes:
- Posting of job ads to various job posting platforms,
- Sourcing and screening of resumes/cv,
- Administering interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates,
- Endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview,
- Monitoring and following up of the interview process and status.
- Administering appropriate company assessments, reference and background checks.
- Maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Conducting job offers and discussion of employer information, details and benefits.
- Participating in other recruitment activities which may be required from time to time.
- Tracks and updates current trends and information regarding the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws regarding employment practices.
- Updating recruitment reports, databases including employment activity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite on a Project Based employment.
