As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings in depending on which focus Team you will be assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine and calibrate staffing needs including the criteria and job description of the positions.
  • Conducting end to end recruitment which includes:
  • Posting of job ads to various job posting platforms,
  • Sourcing and screening of resumes/cv,
  • Administering interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates,
  • Endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview,
  • Monitoring and following up of the interview process and status.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments, reference and background checks.
  • Maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Conducting job offers and discussion of employer information, details and benefits.
  • Participating in other recruitment activities which may be required from time to time.
  • Tracks and updates current trends and information regarding the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws regarding employment practices.
  • Updating recruitment reports, databases including employment activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite on a Project Based employment.
