JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lease & Contracts Administration Specialist will oversee the management of contract reviews. This role requires maintaining accurate records of all assets, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Lease & Contracts Administration Specialist will develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custodian for all lease contracts and permits.
  • Oversee contract amendments and renewals.
  • In charge of lease contract appeals and concessions.
  • Monitors all government permits and coordinates with accounting for pending permits.
  • Deals/meets directly with mall lessors for contracts and other leasing concerns.
  • Assists in mall requirements for building and business permits.
  • Monitors the processing of all related government permits.
  • Oversees and liaises with project management and business development for the release of construction bonds and retrievals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year business course.
  • Knowledge in Contract of Lease Provisions and Terminologies.
  • Leasing Experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Other administrative works as needed.
  • Willingness to work on-site from Mondays to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
