Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs - perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of the warehouse and/or store's facilities and equipment. This includes tasks such as plumbing work, electrical repairs, painting, flooring repair, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.

• Inspections and Testing - conduct regular tests and inspections of equipment/machines, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition. This includes diagnosing malfunctions, identifying potential safety hazards and addressing even minor issues that could impact the safety or functionality of the retail store's facilities and equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance - enhance and implement maintenance procedures to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure the longevity of facilities such as electric and energy systems, HVAC systems, generator units, and other systems.

• Communication and Collaboration - work closely with other team members, contractors, and vendors. Effective communication and collaboration skills are important for coordinating maintenance activities, reporting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

• Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Graduate of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Facilities Maintenance/Repair.

• Experience in the retail or fast-food industry is required.

• Must be able to read and interpret building plans.

• Knowledge of panel board installation and basic carpentry.
