Warehouse Coordinator

Job description:

• In-charge for planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries Luzon area
• In-charge for booking delivery trucks Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
• In-charge for updating the balances cartons and to be deliver next schedule
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
• Ensuring all truckers are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operation.
• In-charge for monitoring / On time delivery
• Moves freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, or other equipment.
• Read work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Point person for store concerns
• Point-person for Outbound Weekly Report
• In-charge for Wayang Kulit & 100 % accuracy preparation
• Maybe required other workload and duties assigned by the immediate superior.
