About the job Web Application Developer
The Mobile App Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications across platforms (iOS, Android, hybrid frameworks). This role ensures that mobile solutions are robust, secure, and user-friendly, while contributing to R&D and innovation initiatives by implementing emerging technologies, integrations, and digital features that enhance the mobile user experience. The Mobile App Developer reports to the Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
- Implement integrations with third-party services and internal systems
- Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
- Collaborate with Systems/Application Teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions
- Work closely with Infrastructure/Technical teams to ensure compliance with security, architecture, and deployment standards
- Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to development policies and best practices
- Participate in R&D initiatives, exploring new frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance mobile solutions
- Support digital transformation projects by implementing innovative mobile features and user experiences
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 24 years of professional experience in mobile application development
- Proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in mobile development frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Java)
- Experience with native iOS/Android development and cross-platform solutions
- Knowledge of API development and integration (REST, GraphQL)
- Familiarity with databases (SQLite, Firebase, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and mobile DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong grasp of security compliance, responsive design, and performance optimization
