Warehouse Staff

Job Requirements

· College graduate of Business Course/Commerce

· At least 2 years of experience in Warehousing and Inventory

· Knowledge of Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Point-person for Warehouse Operations Branch Support

· Point-person for communication with Malaysia Warehouse Operations and Branch Support

· Point-person for any request of inventory query

· Daily monitoring and processing of Invoice Feedback

· Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Control Files (SC)

· Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Transfer (TF)

· Daily monitoring and processing of Barcode Exchange (BEX)

· Responsible for Warehouse Accuracy Check

· May be assigned other workload and duties by the immediate superior

Required Skills

· Must have effective communication and negotiation skills, since national and international communication is a pivotal part of the job

· Must be able to do multiple tasks all with attention to fine details

· Must be numeric and be able to demonstrate basic accountancy related to inventory

· Computer literate and capable of Microsoft Office Suits and other inventory applications
