Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Developer Manager to join our team at MR DIY Philippines. As the Curriculum Developer Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of leadership and professional development programs for our employees. This is a full-time position based in Marikina, Metro Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership and professional development curriculum for all levels of employees, including new hires, store operations personnel, and management.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create innovative and interactive learning experiences.
- Manage the development and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and professional development.
- Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans.
- Track and report on training metrics and ROI to demonstrate the impact of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum development and training program design.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience in developing leadership and professional development programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
- Experience in retail or food and beverage is required.
