Warehouse Supervisor ( Collecting & Packing - Dasma )

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned warehouse located in Cavite, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed correctly. As a full-time role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, inventory planning, and quality assurance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate or equivalent work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage warehouse workers and team members
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems
• Knowledge of local and national laws related to warehouse operations and logistics
• Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Willing to work in Dasma - Cavite.
