JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering queries and concerns about company products or services, especially store concerns.
- Resolving issues and handling store complaints.
-Handling customer administrative tasks
-Working as part of the team.
-Deals with the store concerns via email or over the phone calls.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a college graduate
-Must have the experience in customer service especially in concerns and questions.
-Can engage with different people concerns without losing patience and temper.
-Good in problem solving and has great communication skills.
-Active listener and has technical knowledge of the job.
-Must be adaptable to the environment and has positive attitude at all times.
