System Engineer

• To support technically Operation and Maintenance of Day to Day VAS activities
• To handle the complaints related with VAS systems and help the partners in order to solve easily customer complaints
• To cooperate with VAS vendors, related counterpart departments and third party partners for the daily tasks and projects
• To manage effectively the new projects as per timeline
• To handle the operations to fulfill the VAS systems performance and services

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years experience in System engineering
• Degree in Computer Studies
• Knowledge in Development and Maintenance of Software Application
• Communication Skill and Negotiation skills
  
• Experience in messaging, customer supporting with VAS systems in Telecom or ISP services. 
• Have sufficient technical knowledge( eg. Database, APIs, Software tools)
