About the job Human Resource Deputy Manager (Employee Relations)
This role holder is expected to manage newly employment contract, renewal employment contract and promotion contract process.
Responsibilities:
- To manage newly employment contract, renewal employment contract and promotion contract process to finish timely
- Assist to develop Rules and Policy based on the Labour Law changes and JO requirement
- To submit turnover Analysis Report with high accuracy result including Exit interview feedback by monthly basic
- To amend and share JO & KSGM Work Rules and to modify and share immediate report person change announcement to all JO members in a timely
- To review and upload updated JO organization wide Team Responsibilities and JDs
- To handle employee complaints to make well communication with employees to fully understand the construct of complaint satisfaction
- To check internal transfer, promotion, salary change, resignation process and certificate of employment to finish in time without error
- To translate Myanmar and English language and make the announcement for HR-related matters whenever needed.
- Assist to DGMs and Manager for New projects and urgency matter if needed
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's degree (English Degree Preferred)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in related fields
- Communication, Time Management, Follow-up skill and technical skill
