Cost & PO Supervisor

• To supervise or do Change Order validation (Cost and progress validation part) to be done within defined lead time with high accuracy
• To supervise or do verification of Purchase Order and validation of Initial BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & BOQ revision within defined lead time with high quality
• To validate or supervise Variation Order of Civil Work and AC Power of mobile related projects in line with MPT JO process and procedure
• To support Symbiosis System by doing Symbiosis BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Change Order validation for alignment with manual BOQ revision and Change Order
• To find the better solutions of problematic issues related to functional tasks (POs, BOQs, COs, VOs, Symbiosis BOQs, Symbiosis COs, Phase Closure and monitoring the balance of BOD Approved Amount of CTE Mobile related projects)
• To apply proper process and procedures related to every tasks
• To coordinate and negotiate vendor for "high accuracy on time deliveries"
• To analyze, control (progress) not only New Upcoming Project Phase Closure to be completed successfully within defined timeline but also remaining transactions of Project Phase Closed
• To provide competence transfer and mentor to colleagues and junior members for improvement of team competency and work quality if necessary
• To perform any other duties or responsibilities required by MPT JO from time to time.

Requirement 

• At least 1 year experience in Telecom Supply Chain Management/ Telecom finance field (or) At least 1 year experience with technical background in Telecommunication/ICT Industry
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or ICT Field
• Good technical skills such as PO and BOQ management
• Data analysis skill
• Project Management skill
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point
