About the job Training Planning - Data Analysis

Responsibilities

  • To provide Training Data Analysis to trainers and related PICs to be able to plan and manage well for the Training Master Plan of next year.
  • Regular maintenance of Training database. Make sure training database is consistence with employee database
  • Supervise team members for data collecting and data entry. Instruct PIC to prepare report to support the requested training data from each team/department.
  • Manage training data flow from learning site (moodle) to analytic site for the reports to show correct data.
  • Analyze Training data, prepare report in various effectiveness points of views.
  • Keep on track of training progress and implementation reports as necessary.
  • Extract training data and calculate as per request from management/Internal Audit in various point of views.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree from related field
  • 3 Years in data analysis experiences.
  • Training data analysis experiences is more preferred.
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Strong programming logics and concepts related with database management.
  • Strong Data Analysis and reporting skills
  • Logical Thinking and Supervisory Skill
