Position: FTTH Operation PIC (Person in Charge)

Position Overview:

MPT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FTTH Operation PIC to join our team. The FTTH Operation PIC will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FTTH technology, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle complaints and issues related to FTTH products and services
• To analyze the data to monitor and evaluate the results for assign sales channels
• To manage and support channel sales partners to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets
• SA Daily sales way, manpower checking and report
• Building an effective working relationship

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FTTH network operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
