Junior Tower Civil Engineer

• To check structural calculation reports and guarantee letters for required sites.
• To check CW BOQ of all new, reinforcement and replacement sites timely.
• To improve CW BOQ items by checking quality more accurately.
• To create BOM calculation sheet based on Standard Design Package to save on human resources and BOQ checking time.
• To coordinate with design Consultant for normal process, issue and incident.
• To check Site Layout Drawings, Tower Foundation Designs, Structural Analysis reports
• To check Existing towers strength, Building Analysis reports for roof top tower design and Site detailed design package for special sites..
• To support Consultant and Facilities members, vendors regarding civil work technical issues.
• To coordinate and follow up the issues of each project related with Tower Team.
• To join site survey and onsite management with concerned persons if necessary.
• Issues Report Preparation and Explanation
• Vendor Negotiation for Tower Related Projects and Issue
• PAC,FAC Checking and Validation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in Building Construction Project.
• Good at Auto CAD 2D/3D
• Revit (Architecture) Software certified are preferable
• ETABS (Extended Three-Dimensional Analysis of Building System) knowledge
• Quantity Surveying
• Understanding of CW technical nature, tower design and construction knowledge.
• Good at Detail of Measurement(DM), Builder's Estimate(BE),Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Elemental Costing.
