Position: Loyalty Management (Marketing/System PIC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Loyalty Manager (Marketing/ System PIC). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. You will also be responsible for managing the loyalty program and ensuring the smooth operation of the loyalty system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle LMS system with (DM: IT team / SS: Supervisor) for improvement of user experiences
  2. Plan service operation (customer journey) for UI / UX improvement.
  3. Create requirements document and handle the progress for both front UI and backend system
  4. Support Marketing activity with (DM: related section / SS: Supervisor)
  5. Media planning such as web page, banner space, pop-up, paper AD
  6. Check text messages & images in SMS, SNS (FB, Insta, Viber)
  7. Support Partnership development with (DM: Partner PIC / SS: Supervisor) for MPT Club
  8. Improve relationships by supporting partners (system training, marketing media support
  9. Marketing communication planning, implementation, monitoring
  10. Negotiation to internal department and outsider (Client company, vendor)
  11. Strong Interpersonal skills and Logical thinking to communicate with supervisor
  12. Solid knowledge of office procedures and attention to detail
  13. Prepare and present reports on loyalty program performance to senior management

Qualifications:

  • B.C.Sc/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Working with loyalty management systems or other system experiences
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in loyalty management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
