  • Managing the new project integration with different platform
  1. To define the requirements of the requester in order to make sure the requirement specifications and accurately convey to vendor
  2. To design system architecture in accordance with service requirement
  3. To manage cost effective with innovative solutions
  • Managing Downstream process ETL creation
  1. To define end user requirement according to business
  2. To develop in system and provide the campaign
  • Managing Vendor and development in BI system
  1. Manage and control vendors at a high level and a field level in planning, designing, implementing
  2. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
  3. To review and perform the UAT item
  • Operating and Maintenance the System
  1. To be able to fix the problem immediately and create the counter measure in case of the occurrence of issues after service/product launched
  2. To manage the operation smoothly with MOP
  • Handling the PRD process
  1. To define the requirement of the initiator and cooperate and development in system
  • Reporting and sharing information
  1. Reporting and explanations to upper management and end users based on issues , to development and meet business requirement
  • Fulfilling ad-hoc requests and issues from internal customer such as Commercial team, CvBS team , VAS team,.etc
  • Supporting the Contract and Cooperating the project requirement with team
  • Performing all acceptance testing activities, ensure efficiency, stability, reliability and optimization

Requirements 

  • Minimum 2-3 years Experience in the area of BI development , Billing , OSS , customer experience, Operation and Management and System integration.
  • At least Bachelor Degree in (Electronics & Communications/ IT / Telecommunications/ Computer Science)
  • Prefer candidates who holds Dip in Strategic Management , Dip in Project Management
  • Have PMBOK skills and be capable of project management
    Capability for excellent communication with stakeholders and difference Departments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Technical , Database and Telecom field and IT Field
  •  Have the Capability of system architect skill and capable of system design
  • Have troubleshooting and analyzing skill and development skill
  • Have customer experience management skill and to handle internal and external customer
  • Have the Capability of Vendor Management Skill
